All rooms are Non-smoking! Any violations of this will result in a cleaning charge of $250 and immediate eviction without refund.

We accept US currency, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We only accepts checks from an established commercial account or Travelers Cheques.

Please be considerate of those in need of an ADA HCP room and only book that if there is a need or if it's the last room available. We reserve the right to move your room if an ADA room is needed for an individual, and there is a room open.

Dogs are allowed; there is a grassy pet exercise area for them to use and they must be leashed and cleaned up after (we have bags available in the potty area). Any dog left in a room must be crated and dogs are not permitted on the beds. Owners will be charged for any damages done by their dog. No other type of animal, bird, or reptile is permitted.

Owners do not take responsibility for damages or theft during your stay. Parking areas are monitored/recorded by closed circuit tv cameras.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7 am. Please be respectful for other guests.



Guest agree to not conduct any illegal activities on motel property. Owners will notify law enforcement of illegal activities and no refunds will be given if guest is evicted, or arrested by law enforcement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
